Bio

After practicing for 20 years, David Christian is among the top criminal defense lawyers in San Antonio and surrounding counties. David has extensive experience in DWI defense and defense of other criminal charges and investigations including attorney disciplinary proceedings and zoning/land use law.

David has successfully prevailed in many high-profile cases. He has also advocated on behalf of his clients getting dismissals in a wide variety of cases from DWI to Intoxication Manslaughter, assault cases to Murder charges, sexual offenses and all types of drug-related offenses. His ability to negotiate cases has served his clients well. However, if a case cannot be settled, it needs to be tried. David is an experienced trial lawyer, having had over 100 jury trials. David is proud of his record of success both at trial and prior to trial.
David’s client list has included elected officials, business leaders, police officers, teachers and students. He takes pride in his referral-based business and plans to continue dedicating his career to representing individuals who are accused or under investigation by the government.

David is a San Antonio native. At home, David enjoys spending time with his wife Tracy and their two daughters.
